Paintball briefings: Information and advice on paintballing in Hampshire from AMBUSH

Hampshire paintball briefings from Ambush Paint Ball

WHAT IS AMBUSH PAINTBALL?

You will arrive at the Ambush Paintball site (run by Jim & Christine since 1990) at 9 a.m. Once you have signed in, been issued with your equipment and listened to the safety briefing - you will head into the woods with your team and experienced marshals for the first game.

Here at Ambush Paintball we have a wide variety of game scenarios including The Stockade, The Bale Strip, The Bridge of Hell and The Bunker Complex.

You will normally play three games before taking a break to enjoy the substantial lunch provided (vegetarians, etc catered for). Then, it's back out for another four or five games before you leave the site, exhausted, at about 5 p.m

WHO CAN PLAY?

Anyone - as long as you are aged at least 12. If you are 17 or under, you will need a completed parental consent form with you on the day.

You don't need to be built like a rugby player; size is not necessarily an advantage when you want to take cover!

We can cater for individuals, small groups, large groups, hen parties, stag parties, corporate events, sports clubs, schools, pubs - the list is endless. If you have a large enough group we will even let you have the site just for yourselves!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

We recommend that you wear old clothes as you will be playing in natural woodland - it can be dirty! Boots are ideal as they give you ankle protection. Lightweight gloves can be a good idea, but don't worry if you forget them - we sell them on site.

Please do not attempt to bring paintballs onto the site - we will know!

Anyone wishing to play using their own paintball equipment should contact us first.

Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided free of charge throughout the day. We sell soft drinks and sweets on site.
